A few weeks ago, Bobby began Taekwondo at the Chung-Do Black Belt Academy in Karns. This morning was his first test to earn a black stripe on his belt. Focus and control have been challenges for Bobby his entire life, but I'm happy to say that these classes have helped him with both considerably. He did great and is so proud of this first accomplishment. Here is a short video to show him in action. I'm a proud momma! ;-)
Let's try again - I loved it. He is so intense!! Great training. We'll have to have a demonstration in person next week.
